If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. Blue Monkey Communications, llc is providing Member with information and a web-based application that enables the creation of a partially customized work of fiction, and placing an order for the printing, binding and shipping of said work. Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection. Services shall include, but not be limited to, any service and content bluemonkeybooks.com performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site or through the Services (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, audio clips and video clips, also known as the “Content”).

Any misspelling, capitalization or other grammatical errors resulting from your submission are not the responsibility of Blue Monkey Communications, LLC, and do not constitute grounds for refund.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties.
The site is provided by Blue Monkey Communications, LLC on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Monkey Communications, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
